Acceptance

By creating an account or using RDY, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community & Safety Policy, billing rules, and plan-specific terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use dating/community services in your location.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account, login security, profile content, messages, media, and actions.

User content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant RDY a limited licence to host, display, transmit, process, moderate, and operate that content as needed to provide the service.

Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, threats, exploitation, blackmail, doxxing, stalking, or abuse.
• Illegal, non-consensual, underage, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Impersonation, scams, fake organiser listings, spam, scraping, attacks, or security bypassing.
• Sharing another person's private media without consent.

Dating and offline safety

RDY does not verify every user's identity, intention, health status, relationship status, or offline safety. Users are responsible for their own decisions, meetings, travel, and consent.

Security and legal access

RDY uses secure storage, encrypted transport, access controls, and provider-level encryption at rest where available. RDY is not a true end-to-end encrypted messaging service. RDY may process, retain, review, preserve, or export relevant account data, messages, media, reports, timestamps, and metadata under controlled conditions where needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, protect users, respond to lawful requests, support child safety, prevent fraud, or help with user-requested legal support.

Organisers and events

Organisers are responsible for event accuracy, venue details, pricing, entry rules, safety, permissions, and legal compliance.

Plans, billing, and entitlements

Paid plans, add-ons, and host plans provide stated benefits for the stated period. Entitlements may be changed, suspended, or revoked for fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or technical misuse.

Moderation

RDY may review, remove, hide, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts/content if we believe it violates policy, creates risk, or harms the service/community.

No guarantee

RDY does not guarantee matches, replies, event attendance, relationship outcomes, profile views, discovery boosts, or revenue for organisers.
