Request deletion

Users may request deletion of their RDY account through in-app settings or by contacting rdy-support@clickcult.in.

What happens immediately

After RDY verifies and starts the request, the account is disabled and removed from discovery; future sign-ins and session refreshes are blocked. Push notifications stop and all private-album access is revoked.

60-day and 90-day retention

Chat media is ordinarily deleted 60 days after it was sent. Message text is ordinarily redacted 90 days after it was sent. The remaining account, authentication identity, profile, profile media, private albums, RDY Together data, and account-linked content are permanently purged no later than 90 days after the verified deletion request.

Legal and safety holds

An active legal, court, law-enforcement, child-safety, abuse, fraud, or dispute-preservation hold pauses deletion for the records covered by that hold. Those records may remain beyond the ordinary 60-day or 90-day period only while the hold or applicable legal requirement is valid. They are deleted or anonymised after the hold is released and the applicable retention period has passed.

What may remain

RDY may retain a minimal non-content audit record showing that a verified deletion request was completed. Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, moderation, and legal records may be retained only where required for a valid legal or operational purpose.

Organiser data

Organiser/event records may be retained or anonymised where needed for event history, moderation, billing, legal compliance, and public/community context.

Processing time

Access ends when the verified deletion process starts. Final erasure is completed within 90 days unless an active legal or safety hold applies.
