What RDY is

RDY is a dating, community, events, messaging, and organiser discovery app. The service may include profile discovery, chat, private album requests, one-time media, paid plans, organiser events, community updates, and portal tools for approved organisers and admins.

Information we collect

• Account details such as email, phone number, username, and login identifiers.
• Profile details such as age/date of birth, pronouns, gender, orientation, height, weight, relationship intent, meet preferences, interests, boundaries, chat style, location settings, profile visibility, and NSFW consent settings.
• Profile media such as profile photos, additional photos, GIF/media uploads, private album media, and thumbnails.
• Messages and chat metadata, including one-time media status.
• Event, organiser, and community content submitted through the app or portal.
• Billing and plan state such as plan type, entitlement dates, usage limits, purchase references, and receipt verification status.
• Support, safety, reports, block actions, and moderation-related submissions.

Sensitive information

RDY may process sensitive personal information, including sexual orientation, gender identity, dating preferences, private media, approximate location, and safety/reporting data. We use this information only to provide app features, safety controls, matching/discovery, moderation, billing entitlements, and user-requested functionality.

Location information

RDY may use location or approximate city/area information to support nearby discovery, events, and community feeds. Users should be given controls for location discoverability and profile visibility. Exact location should not be shown publicly unless a user or organiser intentionally publishes an event address.

How we use information

• Create and maintain accounts.
• Show profiles, filters, events, community posts, and organiser pages.
• Enable messaging, nudges, saved profiles, albums, and access requests.
• Enforce usage limits, paid entitlements, ads, and plan benefits.
• Verify purchases and prevent fraud.
• Improve safety, moderation, reporting, blocking, and abuse prevention.
• Operate the organiser/admin portal.
• Debug, secure, and improve the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers, other users only as needed for visible features, authorised organisers/admin users for permitted workflows, and legal authorities when required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or abuse investigation.

Private albums and media

Private album media should only be accessible to the owner and users granted access. Media access may be revoked. Some media may be stored even after plan limits change, but disabled from sharing/access until entitlement is restored or the user deletes it.

One-time media

One-time media is designed to limit repeated viewing inside RDY. It is not a guarantee that recipients cannot screenshot, record, or otherwise copy content. Users should share sensitive media carefully.

Retention

RDY ordinarily deletes chat media 60 days after it is sent and redacts message text 90 days after it is sent. When a verified account-deletion request is started, the account is immediately disabled and removed from discovery; future sign-ins and session refreshes are blocked. Private album access and push-notification delivery are revoked at that time.

Account and profile records are retained only while the deletion process completes and are permanently purged no later than 90 days after the verified request. Because all messages and media pre-date the deletion request, this final purge also removes any remaining account-linked message content, profile media, private albums, RDY Together data, and authentication identity. RDY may retain a minimal non-content audit record showing that a deletion was completed.

An active legal, court, law-enforcement, child-safety, abuse, fraud, or dispute-preservation hold may suspend ordinary deletion for the records within that hold. Those records are kept only for as long as the hold or applicable legal requirement remains valid and are deleted or anonymised after the hold is released and the applicable retention period has passed.

Security

RDY uses encrypted transport, secure cloud storage, provider-level encryption at rest where available, access controls, row-level security, audit logs, private storage rules, authenticated portals, purchase verification, and operational monitoring.

RDY is not a true end-to-end encrypted messaging service. RDY systems may process, store, moderate, preserve, or export account records, messages, media, reports, timestamps, and related metadata under controlled conditions for service operation, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or user-requested legal support. No system is fully immune to attack, so users should avoid sharing content they would not want copied or disclosed.

User controls

Users may update profile information, visibility settings, location discoverability, NSFW consent, media, album access, notification preferences, and account settings where available. Users may block/report others and request deletion of their account.

Children

RDY is for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to use RDY.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes should be communicated in-app or through the website/portal.
