Use this page for account help, safety concerns, billing questions, host access, and legal evidence requests.
Fastest support route
Email rdy-support@clickcult.in from the email linked to your RDY account. Include your RDY handle if available, a short explanation, screenshots only if safe to share, and the other user or event involved.
In-app support
Inside RDY, support requests can include account context and the relevant conversation or user where required. This helps admins review only the relevant thread instead of unrelated chats.
Legal and child-safety requests
For legal evidence requests, include the reason for the request, the user involved, the conversation context, and any official legal document if available. RDY may preserve and export relevant message logs, timestamps, media references, report history, and audit information under controlled conditions.
RDY does not promise true end-to-end encryption. Records may be processed and reviewed under strict safety, legal, fraud-prevention, and compliance workflows.
Billing and plans
For Google Play purchases, include the plan name, purchase time, Google account email if different from your RDY email, and a screenshot of the Play receipt if available.
Host and organiser access
Approved RDY Hosts use the portal at portal.rdydating.in. If you need host access, email your organisation name, Instagram handle, event city, contact details, and proof that you manage or represent the organiser.
